Clarisig is a closed beta, made available to design partners under a paid design-partner agreement. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while the prediction pipeline, portal and accuracy record are under active development.
Disruption probability scores and corridor assessments are probabilistic estimates derived from public signals. They are not guarantees of outcomes and are not a substitute for professional operational, legal or insurance advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.
Resolution outcomes are determined by human review of persisted public evidence after each observation window closes. Where evidence is insufficient or compromised, the forecast is excluded from the canonical accuracy record. The canonical prospective record is being built and should not be treated as a validated or calibrated track record until it matures.
Where a fee applies under a design-partner agreement, payment terms are defined in that agreement. Access continues only while the agreement is in good standing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarisig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
