Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-22
1. What we collect
- Account information — email address and organisation membership when you sign in to the Clarisig customer portal or use the API under a design-partner agreement.
- Usage information — basic request logs (timestamps, endpoint, status) to operate and secure the service.
- Public signals — the disruption forecasts, corridor assessments and resolution records we publish are derived from public news, AIS and other open sources. They are product output, not personal data.
2. How we use it
- To provide, secure and improve the portal, API and prediction pipeline.
- To manage your design-partner account and contact you about your access.
- We do not sell personal data.
3. Storage and retention
Account data is stored in our hosted database and retained while your account is active. Forecast and resolution records are append-only and retained for the scientific record; they do not contain personal data beyond the email linked to the account that created them.
4. Third parties
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Mapbox / OpenStreetMap — map tiles on the live map page.
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting hello@clarisig.com.
