Submitted through request-access.html. Approve onboards the customer (org + passwordless sign-in + full portal access). Approval requires your owner session — the requester cannot action their own link.

Failover

Swaps the live deployment between the production folder and the backup folder. The site briefly restarts during the switch; the scheduler is moved with it.

Toggles take effect at the next scheduled trigger. "Flag updated" is when the enabled state was last toggled.

Add an LLM provider

Add a provider/model and activate it — the pipeline (bouncer + extractor) uses the active config. The API key is encrypted at rest and shown once after adding. Use Fetch models to list what your key can access, or type any model id manually.

Every external data-source key (NewsData.io, AISStream, Brave Search, EIA, ...) is stored here encrypted at rest and swappable without touching backend code. Activate one key per source; the pipeline falls back to the environment key until a row is activated.

Organisations

Pause halts API access for the organisation until resumed. Stripe emails handle payment chasing; no payment data is shown here.

History — Processed Signals

Processed staged signals are preserved here before removal from the live queue. Move a row to the bin to remove it from history.

Bin — Archived Signals

Signals moved out of history are preserved here. Emptying the bin hard-deletes rows archived more than 180 days ago.
